1.Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website or purchasing any Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have read and understood these Terms, and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

Zinscapital offers the following services, subject to these Terms:

• ›Macro Terminal: A proprietary web-based financial data and analytics platform providing macroeconomic research tools, market dashboards, and decision-support frameworks, available via subscription.
• ›Automated Equity Research: On-demand structured company research reports, valuation frameworks, peer comparisons, and financial data summaries for informational and educational purposes.
• ›Portfolio Analytics Interface: A portfolio monitoring and risk analytics interface for tracking positions, monitoring P&L, and managing multi-asset watchlists. Zinscapital does not execute trades, provide brokerage services, or manage portfolios.
• ›Strategy Lab: A research environment for building, testing, and documenting custom indicators and strategy concepts. All outputs are research tools for informational purposes only, not investment recommendations.
• ›Research Subscriptions: Periodic macro research reports, market commentary, and newsletters delivered digitally for informational and educational purposes.
• ›Educational Programs: Online courses in macro economics, financial analysis, and investment research methodology.

3.User Accounts

To access the Macro Terminal, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use at info@zinscapital.com.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or are used for fraudulent purposes.

4.Subscriptions, Payments & Cancellation

Subscription services are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All prices are stated in EUR and are inclusive of applicable VAT (where applicable).

• ›You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• ›No refunds are issued for partial billing periods, unless required by applicable consumer protection law.
• ›We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' written notice to subscribers.
• ›Failed payments will result in suspension of access until resolved.

5.Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• ›Reproduce, redistribute, or resell any Zinscapital research, data, or platform content without prior written consent
• ›Use automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access or extract platform data
• ›Share your account credentials with third parties
• ›Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
• ›Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the platform's security or infrastructure
• ›Misrepresent Zinscapital research as your own or remove attribution

6.Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within the platform — including research reports, data visualisations, course materials, and software — is the exclusive intellectual property of Zinscapital or its licensors, protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property law.

Personal, non-commercial use of content is permitted with attribution. Any commercial use, reproduction, or redistribution requires prior written consent.

7.Research Platform — Not a Financial Services Provider

Zinscapital is a research and analytics platform only. By accessing any Service, you acknowledge and agree that:

• ›Zinscapital does not accept deposits.
• ›Zinscapital does not manage client portfolios.
• ›Zinscapital does not operate as a bank, credit institution, or payment services provider.
• ›All research reports, analytical outputs, dashboards, model results, signals, watchlists, and frameworks are for informational and educational purposes only.
• ›Nothing on the platform constitutes a solicitation, offer, or personalised recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument.
• ›Market data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate, or sourced from third-party providers.
• ›Model outputs can be wrong. Backtests are hypothetical and do not represent actual trading results.
• ›Past performance is not indicative of future results.
• ›Users are solely responsible for their own investment decisions.
• ›Users should consult a qualified and regulated financial professional before making any investment or financial decision.

8.Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Zinscapital shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• ›Your use of or inability to use any Service
• ›Any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in platform data or research content
• ›Investment decisions made based on Zinscapital content
• ›Unauthorised access to your account data
• ›Platform downtime, technical failures, or data loss

Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Service in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9.Educational Programs — Specific Terms

• ›Course access is granted for the duration specified at enrolment. Extensions may be available upon request.
• ›Course materials are for personal, non-commercial use only. Sharing with third parties is prohibited.
• ›Certificates are issued upon successful completion of required assessments.
• ›Refunds for courses are available within 14 days of purchase, provided less than 20% of course content has been accessed.
• ›We reserve the right to modify course content to reflect market developments.

10.Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Munich, Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection law in your country of residence provides otherwise.

11.Service Changes and Availability

Zinscapital reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature, module, product, or the platform as a whole, at any time, with or without notice. This includes changes to data sources, analytical tools, connectivity features, and subscription tiers. Where material changes affect paid subscriptions, reasonable advance notice will be provided.

12.Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or prominent notice on the website with at least 14 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
